Hurricane center monitors 2 systems; one has 90% chance of developing, the other may dump rain on Central Florida

The tropics remains a busy place Tuesday morning with the National Hurricane Center keeping tracking of two systems; one with a 90% chance of development, the other isn't expected to hit Florida, but will bring showers to Central Florida throughout the week.
